As we only provide 100% virgin remy human hair products, which have been strictly inspected by CISS and our quality control team. If there is any quality problem after you receive the hair, Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days.

How To Apply Return/Refund
1. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect items (The product has lost its seal, is delivered with the wrong quantity, information and model compared to the order), please report via e-mail within 30 days upon receipt. Detailed descriptions, pictures, and/or videos in report email(s) to email@example.com are helpful in accelerating the return/refund process. Our customer service team will respond to you within 1 business day.
2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back to the address we gave you after the return request has been authorized. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. Please kindly send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt with your order number.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you and process an exchange or a refund within 1 business day. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
We accept return and exchange within 30 days, please make sure that the hair hasn't been used (curl, wash, or straight). If the goods you received are defective, please take a video when unboxing the goods as proof that the product you received is damaged due to a factory defect and contact us first for the best solution.
1. If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will offer full refund for you.
2. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem (Such as: Don’t like/ Don’t need it any longer, Order wrong product/size ), we may remove approx. $20 from your refund as restocking fee/handling fee. The $20 fee may also be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. If the hair is damaged or defective, we will do partial refund ,of course, our customer service will chat with you for the detailed refund information. The cost will depend on each specific case.
So before you do any return,pls contact our team service Within 30 days after you receive the hair packet.
3.Once your return products is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we make agreement, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account in 3-10 working days.
If you want it back quicker, you can contacy your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance to avoid any loss.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with the product's package attached.
Hair bundle has not been untied, washed, conditioned, dyed, bleached and installed, and for wavy hair bundle, the wave pattern are not dispersed. Hair wig has not been washed, conditioned, dyed, bleached ,installed and lace part has not been cut or destroyed by other ways.
Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut, if the hair has not in the original condition, or if it has been over 30 days after delivery, we don’t accept the return.
Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt. We reserve the rights to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
1) With an irregular or excessive return history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items, etc.
2) Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
In these situations, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward.
Cancel and Exchage
After customer place order successfully, normally we will ship out order within 6-12 hours.if the hair is need customized, it will take 1-2 working days or so,so if customers want cancel or exchange order, pls contact our customer service within 30 min-2 hours or so after the order was placed successfully, if too late, the package may already ship out and we couldn't accept any exchange or cancel order.
To ensure the goods are not lost, return to the correct address.
We need to point out that all our products are produced from 100% natural human hair. Besides, each bundle comes from individual people, so we cannot guarantee all hair colors or textures. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request following the stated specifications. You can always check out your order to determine if the color is compatible through our photos on the website and video call.
