Is your hair 100% human hair? What is the grade?
We are selling nice virgin hair, which is highest quality, long- lasting, professional grade. It is 100% human hair, and top virgin hair. EepsHair gives you salon quality hair with less time or money.
What is the difference between the 360 wig and the full lace wig?
Both the 360 wig and the full lace wig are the whole wig. 360 wig uses pre-plucked 360 frontal with bundles to sew in a whole wig. The lace is around from the forehead to the back of the head, but does not include the middle head. You can see a little track when you put upward the hair, which doesn't affect usage. When we install the hair, we will put down the hair, the tracks will be invisible. It can be put in a bun and ponytail, that's why it is called breathable and pre-plucked. The full lace wig has full lace all around the head. The tracks can't be seen, and also it can be put in a bun and ponytail. For more details, maybe you can check attached pictures.
What is a Lace Front Wigand can I get mine to slay like Beyoncé?’
Yes, lace front wigs are your secret weapon to a flawless undetectable wig and to gorgeous hair! A lace front (whether a wig or sew in frontal) is sheer lace mesh located at the front of the wig cap and hairs are individually hand tied onto the lace front piece in order to create a more natural appearance. Wigs with lace fronts can be styled away from the face because the hairline is nearly invisible and the scalp can be seen through the mesh. Front lace wigs are extremely durable and breathable, this provides you with versatility and a very realistic look.
What is the difference between 150% and 180% density?
Our virgin wig is 180% density, and we also have 150% density in stock now. If you want your hair to look very thick, 180% density is the best recommended solution. If you are more inclined to an airy look, 150% is the perfect economical solution.
Can your hair be dyed? Can you dyed for me?
We are sorry that we don't have online color service available now. And please don`t worry, because our hair is nice virgin hair , which can be dyed or bleached (you can checke the product describetion for more details). So can you dye it by yourself or your stylist if possible. And if you want some colored wigs, you can check our The Eep Palm Red Wig or the Original collection.
Do Perms Damage Hair/ Wigs?
No, because we selling nice virgin hair, which is highest quality, long- lasting, professional grade. It is 100% human hair, and top virgin hair. So Can you color, curl or perm a Essentials wig by yourself or your professional stylist if possible.
If you have colored or bleached hair, make sure you use a perm for colored hair. It will be less damaging and protect your hair more. Hot perms (or acid perms) are slightly less damaging than cold perms (or alkaline perms). Please control the time within 5-10 minutes, the hair will be damaged if you leave it too long, which will lead to shedding.
It's worth noting that the more frequently perm your hair, the more damage you're likely to cause, so the Original wig is also a good choice at most times.
Can I ask for small/ large cap?
We are very sorry, we do not offer online customization service at the moment, you should know your size and make the right decision. Of course, we will consider providing such upgrade service in the next phase.
Kindly Tips:
For full lace wig and front lace wig: The size of our full lace wigs and front lace wigs could not be changed.
For closure wig/Bob wig: we have the combs and elastic band or adjustable straps inside.
For U-part wig: The cap size of U-part wigs could not be changed, but wig’s top is empty so you can adjust the wig according to your head size.
What color is the wig of the lace?
We have the introduction of lace color in each product description. Normally for the lace wig, it is Swiss Lace, which comes in medium brown. For the undetectable full lace wig, it is Top Swiss Lace, which comes in light brown.
Does the hair have a bad smell?
Our human hair is 100% chemical-free! Promise no corn-chip chemical smell But it may have a little shampoo smell. We need to wash the hair in production process, and we will do our best to reduce this fragrance. We not only care about beauty but also our customer’s health!
Can your wig use without glue? Can I make ponytail or bun?
You can try to use it with glue or without glue, but using glue will be more natural looking for full lace wig. Some wigs don`t need glue because it is secured with a custom strap and comb in the back (you can find the description in product details page). So it's very secure and doesn`t move at all. As for the ponytail or bun, definitely yes, you can make it.
I am in a remote area, can you ship it?
Generally, we can ship to most of the countries and regions worldwide, but individual places may be charged remote fees. If the zip code in the area can not be found on the express delivery system, we will not be able to ship it. Please refer to the available area list in the shipping address at checkout.
Can I use Po.box as the shipping address? Or billing address?
We don't accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) as the shipping address, because the Express(DHL/FedEx) can't deliver and we only accept the physical address as shipping address.However, you can use PO.box as billing address.
Which payment methods can I use?

Why is my card declined?
Sometimes when your card is expired, insufficient balance or poor credit which may have a record of Chargeback or others will lead to card declined when paying. So we suggest customers not take a dispute for no reasons, because your credit record will be affected, and your next shopping will be declined. How long will my hair be shipped after I place an order?
Our shipping cycle is 1-2 working days (It takes less than 12 hours on average except for special custom hairs). If the order contains EepsHair wigs and LovelyWholesale clothing, your order will be automatically split shipping, usually, wigs package will be much faster shipment & fulfillment than clothing packagebecause EepsHair products use a faster and more expensive logistics service to guarantee better delivery of delicate human hair products. Why was my item/order canceled?

Why my parcel was stayed at the customs?

Can I swim with my wig?
Yes, you can go for a swim with the wig. When swimming, we suggest wearing a swimming cap. Because the seawater or pool water is not good for the hair, and it will make the hair tangled and rough. It`s better to wash it with warm water, with hair shampoo and hair conditioner after swimming.
Can a hat be worn for a wig?
Yes, of course. However, It is not easy to be comfortable while wearing both a wig and a hat. While 100% of human hair is very breathable, wearing a hat on a wig for too long can make hair sweaty and even itchy, which doesn't make for a good experience, even when the weather is cooler in winter. If you continue to wear a hat for too long, this will let the scalp can not breathe, resulting in scalp itching and various skin problems. so it is not recommended that wear a hat for too long.
How to wash my hair?
When you wash the hair, it's better to brush it first and use warm water and hair shampoo to wash for twice. Then put hair conditioner equally on the hair for 5 minutes. Then wash it with clean water. Hair conditioner is very necessary everytime you wash your hair! We suggest you use high-quality hair conditioner. If you want to blow your hair dry, please blow to 80% dry, then keep the rest 20% to naturally dry, by this way, it will keep your hair away from drying and frizzy! When you feel the hair is very dry, you can spray some hair oil. Meanwhile, when you wash the hair, you can pour little hair care oil into warm water ,and put the hair inside that warm water for 10 minutes around. The hair will be more silk and soft comparing before. But we suggest you not use hair oil everyday. Because hair oil may make your hair strands dry and hard! If you want to get your hair curls back, better to use crimping iron to curl the hair according to its original curl shape again!
Why is the package I received different from the one in the picture?
Normally the length showed online is the original length of the hair, but not the length after shaping. And if you believe it is shorter than the actual length, please kindly try to measure it from the top to the tip after pulling it straight. Then you will see its actual length. Different densities correspond to different weights and prices, so please check the different product descriptions and physical picture when choosing to buy, and adjust your expectations reasonably. The wigs in the pictures or videos that we post on our social media are installed and restyled by our hairstylists, so it would look more gorgeous. But actually it is the same as yours with the same materials. There are many customers who have already tried it and installed well. Each density can make a great style, you just need to choose the size you like. For a more gorgeous effect, we recommend that you make an appointment with a professional hairdresser to help you install it.
Why Is The Color Of The Wig You Received Different From The Picture For Colored Wig?
In fact, it is really not a quality problem but a normal phenomenon. Here we can guarantee that our products are all for real shooting. But there is no doubt that it may be slight chromatic aberrationdue to the effects of light, camera pixels, and color differences in monitor resolution during shooting! Therefore, pictures are only for information, please take the real object as the standard.
1.Dyeing processes and Texture
As we all know, all colored wigs are made by hand. In this case, hair of different production batches and different hair textures will have slightly different hair colors through dyeing. If you have three styles in the same color, the color will appear different on all three. Three different cuts with the same color will appear slightly different as well. And texture effects the way color looks, color on human hair will look warmer. These unique characteristics ensure that no matter what wig you choose, the color will always be uniquely yours. Now you can shop more confidently knowing how to find the color that works best for you!
2.Different light
In order to prove it, we especially opt for some types of colored wigs to experiment with whether the colors of colored wigs are different or not shooting under the different lights.
We can clearly see that even though the colored wig is photoed by the same iPhone, the hair color in sunlight is the most bright in the same environment.
What is more important, there is an obvious difference between the hair color in the sunlight and that in the flash light.
In short, it is the reason why the color of the colored wig you received is different from the picture of the colored wig. There is no denying that different lights are one of the important factors that cause a little chromatic aberration.
3.Different Shooting Equipment
Chromatic aberration occurs because the lens of the camera is virtually a prism. As light passes through the prism, the light is bent and the color wavelengths become separated. Lens imperfections can cause the light to bend incorrectly, and certain wavelengths to change their speed or angle.
Looking at these pictures, you will notice the hair color the iPhone photoed is darker than that of the camera under the same light.
So different shooting equipment also will cause a little chromatic aberration, let alone those girls who are famous on social media often use some filter effects, additional polishing, and special photographing angles, etc to get perfect pictures or videos. Before buying colored wigs, you had better consider carefully or contact our customer service who will help you.
How do I care if my hair is tangled?
Usually, our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, and twice a week is even better.
Virgin hair needs to be combed from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.
If the hair is wavy or curly style, which we don't suggest combing it. If you have to, please comb it with hands or a wide-tooth brush gently. Tight-tooth brush will ruin the hair’s original shape and make it frizzy and feel like tangled!
When you dye the hair with bleach powder, please control the time within 5 minutes.
If you dye it with dye cream, you need to control the time within 20 minutes. Otherwise, the hair will be damaged by cream if you leave it too long there, which will lead to shedding.
When sleeping, please bond the hair with an elastic band or wear a cap. It will avoid tangling or shapes-changing.
After waking up, please remove the band and comb through beginning at the ends and working your way up to the roots.
When swimming, we suggest wearing a swimming cap. Because the sea water or pool water is not good for hair, and it will make the hair tangled and rough. It`s better to wash it with warm water, hair shampoo and hair conditioner after swimming.
Why do hair ends split or have short hair? Will my style disappear if I wash it a few more times? Will the hair be shedding?
We stick to the human hair, the hair material is collected directly from donors. It is natural hair without any process, which is healthy and high-quality, so it may have a little split ends/have little short hair inside, it's normal and it won't affect the usage. You can try to use scissors to cut the hair end a little, and then do some hair care, it will be nice again. This hair is very healthy, high-quality and can be used for a long time.
Our quality control standards will require us to select better quality human hair for production, wigs that do not meet quality control testing standards (shedding > combing > washing > high temperature testing) will be destroyed at the factory and cannot be sold on our website. A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut weft for installation and keep it moisturized.
Here are some tips to help wash and care your hair:

If you only wear your wig a week or so at a time, you can skip shampooing and conditioning until you remove it. Long-term wear, however, requires routine care so that your own hair doesn’t become dry and brittle. After cleansing your hair and scalp, thoroughly dry your tresses. Allowing your scalp to remain moist underneath your wig is inviting problems, you can use a hood or bonnet dryer if necessary.
