Customers are allowed to make the following changes to their orders before the order is shipped out:
1. Change the shipping address
2. Change the size/color of the product
3. Exchange product with those of the same item(s) amount
4. Partial/Full cancellation of order
1. Customers are not allowed to make any changes to their orders after we have shipped out the order.
2. In case of a failed delivery due to reasons caused by the customer(such as wrong address, consignee unvaiblable, customers refuse to accept package, didn't collect package by deadline, ect), we will refund partially or fees will be charged for re-delivery.
3. In case of a failed delivery due to circumstances not caused by the customer, the refundable amount will be based on the following two cases:
A: If customer purchased shipping insurance, we will refund the items amount and the original shipping cost.
B: If customer did not purchase shipping insurance, we will refund the items amount only.
4. There will be No refund if the logistics show that the package was delivered.
1. Customer can apply for a return or exchange of the products within 30 days after purchase date. Kindly note that we do not support return or exchange applied out of 30 days.
2. We do not support return or exchange of products purchased on Flash Sale, Free Gift, Swimsuits, Lingerie and Clearance items.
3. For some users' history orders, return shipping is free on their 1st return package, but this special benefits will end in May 1, 2023.
4. Before sending back the products, please contact our customer service first for return address.

If order delivered to you later than estimated delivery time, compensation will be issued to you. You could contact our customer service when your order encoutered delay.
1. 7 days later than estimated delivery time, compensate 100% shipping fee or 10% order value for free shipping order.
2. 12 days later than estimated delivery time, compensate 50% order value.
3. 17 days later than estimated delivery time, compensate 100% order value.
Refund is made to the same account used by the customer to pay for the order.
1. Refund made through PayPal will show up on your Paypal account within 48 hours after processing.
2. For purchases made with your credit/debit card, lovelywholesale often takes 48 hours to process your refund after the request accepted. Depending on your financial institution, the refund can take up to14 working days to show up on your credit/debit card.
