You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return.
Submit a request or Request Online Return to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
If our team approves a refund, please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.
To receive your refund more quickly, please make sure the return carrier is the one we provide or designate. (See "Return Process" section for details)
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Return Conditions
Return is not allowed for the product(s) which has been washed, used, altered or tampered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged), with the original tags attached and the original packaging.
For items without quality issues, please make sure the returns has the RMA, otherwise it will affect the processing of your return & refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, underwear& socks, footwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics/beauty, home/pet products, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
2. Free gifts and redeem gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale or marked down items are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. Such as: Flash Sale, X for Y, BOGO, Mystery Box/ Gifts, Clearance and etc.
Return Process
Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays:
1. Submit a Return Request
a. Submit a request in our Support Center
b. Click the "Quick Return" button on "Account/ My Order/ Order Details" Page (APP ONLY)
2. Indicate the Order(s)/ Item(s) you would like to return and the reason
• Order number
• SKU number or product name
• Reason for return
3. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
If your order/ item is qualified to be returned, you will get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and then you need to provide us with a pickup address and contact information.
4. Confirm the "Return Method" and "Refund Details"
You must use the return carrier we provide, please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refunds unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.
The original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.
5. Pack your return item(s) securely
Our drivers will directly pick the return shipment up from the address you provide.
Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address.
6. Confirm your Refund
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package.
Important Notice
1. Please remember that we cannot guarantee that we can change the order or shipping address after an order has shipped out. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.
3. Returns after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
4. If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please Contact: support@lovelywholesale.zendesk.com.
5. Since the return shipping cost has been deducted from your refund in advance, you need to give the return package to our driver instead of another logistics provider.
6. Non-LovelyWholesale/ Non-RMA items sent to our Distribution Center (DC)/ Corporate Office (CO)/ Warehouse will be discarded upon receipt.
7. If you return an item that does not qualified for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Return Shipping & Charges
All customers must use the logistic service we provide, and the cost will deduct from the refund amount. If the refund is not sufficient to cover the cost of the return shipping, we will reserve the right to refuse the return, or you will bear the additional expenses incurred.
Once your return request is approved and your pickup information is confirmed, our drivers will direclty pick the return shipment up from the address you provide.
Depending on where your deliver returns, the number of items you return, your return shipping costs may vary. For the majority of U.S. regions:

If you are not able to hand off the return package to our drivers at that time, we’ll attempt to pick up the package again over the next 3 business days. In case the package remains unpicked up by the driver, we will close the refund and return request and consider it is a voluntary abandonment by you, and the return shipping costs will not be refunded again.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only give it to our drivers.
If you already have your shipping label (not provided or designated by us), your return package will be discarded upon receipt and we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. So turn the app's notifications on ("YES") to make sure you receive timely updates related to returns and refunds.
Exact Refund amount = Total Refund Amount - Original Shipping Fee & Insurance Fee - Return Shipping Charges
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package, and the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Normally it will take 1-7 business days to clear your refund, but it varies depending on your original method of payment, card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency, the refund may take up to 14 business days to show up on your account.
If you used the balance/ LovelyWholesale Store Credit to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your LovelyWholesale account immediately.
Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund in advance, and the original shipping fee and insurance fee will not be refunded.
If the refund is not sufficient to cover the cost of the return shipping, we will reserves the right to refuse the return, or you will bear the additional expenses incurred.
If a product(s) is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return the product(s) which does not comply with our Returns Policy.
FAQs
Can I exchange or cancel items?
If you want cancel or exchange order, pls contact our customer service within 30 min- 1 hours or so after the order was placed successfully, if too late, the package may already ship out and we couldn't accept any exchange or cancel order.
Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
How Do I Find The Return Label by LovelyWholesale?
We’ll NOT create the return label ahead of time, and the driver will bring it when they pick up the shipment.
Why can't I use another logistics provider?
LovelyWholesale offers return shipping service for all customers. Using our return shipping service is the recommended way to return, as you will be able to receive your refunds much more quickly than if you were to send your return back yourself.

1st Free Return
For some users' history orders, return shipping is free on their 1st return package, but this special benefits will end in May 1, 2023.
We reserves the right to change qualifying criteria for Membership upgrades and benefits at any time without prior notice, so we welcome you to visit our Account Page and follow us to stay informed.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
