Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer you the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
2. How do I use Afterpay?
Shop lovelyWholesale.com as usual — just choose "Afterpay" as your payment method at checkout, register with Afterpay and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account and complete your order — it’s that easy!
Please note: Gift card payment may not combinable with this service. All items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and orders total value less than $1000 are eligible.
3. Where can I use Afterpay?
Afterpay can only be used on purchases made on LovelyWholesale.com. Afterpay cannot be used for purchases made in any of our store locations and other store that not belong to LovelyWholesale.
4. How to shop online with LovelyWholesale.com using Afterpay?
- Select Afterpay at checkout as your payment method
- If you already have an Afterpay account, log in and complete your checkout in seconds
- If you are new to Afterpay, you can sign up while you checkout with LovelyWholesale by following the prompts. No long forms and you’ll know you’ve been approved within seconds.
- Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment, as quickly as you choose.

5. Are there any fees?
Always Interest-Free for your Afterpay Purchase. We trust you to make your payments and will support you by sending regular reminder notifications. But you will only be charged a ‘late fee’ if you miss payments
6. What cards does Afterpay accept?
Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in United States. Unfortunately Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.
7. Can I use Afterpay if I'm an international customer?
Currently, Afterpay is only available to customers with a US or CA shipping and billing address. Settlement currency is USD or CAD can be used for this service.
Customers with international shipping or billing address that is other country may not be able to create an Afterpay account.
8. When will my first payment be charged?
All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You will no longer be considered a ‘new’ customer once you have fully paid off your first order and 6 weeks have passed since you placed that order. For online orders under $500 placed thereafter, your first payment will only be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase. For all orders over $500, your first payment will always be deducted at the time of purchase.
9. How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log into your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
10. What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Afterpay Payment Purchase Agreement

11. When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Afterpay orders are delivered within your orders shipping time frames like any order from LovelyWholesale.com. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.
12. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Afterpay transaction?
Yes, your orders total value must less than $1,000 on LovelyWholesale.com.
13. How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay?
Any order paid for with Afterpay can be returned within our 30-day Return Policy. Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Click here for more information about our Return Policy.

To return your purchase for a refund:
Contact our customer service team to organise your return here.
Confirm and then return your Afterpay purchase in store for your refund.
Afterpay will be notified of your return and refund payment accordingly.
