1. Introduction
Welcome to LW VIP! LW VIP is a rewards plan for our fans to redeem rewards, get access to events, and receive member exclusive promotions. Once you've joined our program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Upgrade
After you complete the payment for the first time, you will be upgraded to L0 immediately. After the order is shipped, the purchase amount of the next L0-L5 VIP levels will be calculated as the membership level purchase amount. If the amount meets our upgrade conditions, you will be upgraded and immediately get access to corresponding benefits. ( Calculated consumption amount = total goods price - discount - coupon)
3.Level Validity
Each tier is valid for 365 days from the date the LW VIP member qualifies (excluding Level L0). Once you achieve level L0, you will earn a life-long status. Please note: the tier level is based on the amount of eligible spending within the 365 day period. If there are no purchases made within the 365 days, your membership will decrease back to L0.

Level-up coupon
Members are rewarded with massive savings which include coupons and other exclusive membership benefits for L0-L5 members. The higher the level, the higher the savings! Each time you upgrade, a level-up coupon will automatically be sent to your LW account.
VIP Exclusive Discounts
Levels above L2 will automatically enjoy extra VIP discounts, which can be used with coupons simultaneously.
VIP Customer Service
Levels above L3 can enjoy exclusive vip customer service and priority response.
